Recently renovated with a comfortable bed, flat screen TV, writing table, and a kettle, the room design is well thought-out and appealing to guests.

Great way to end our weekend. The hotel was sophisticated with marvellous location short walk to the main restaurant and a trolley. The rooms with amazing views.

Exceptional meals with alcoholic drinks. Well-appointed room with bathroom, the bar, a balcony and warm breakfast to start the day. Marvellous location relatively near State Forests of Tanap. 23 minutes drive to airport.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean. The staff, from receptionists to waiters, were very helpful and caring. The breakfast was varied and offered a great view. The check-in process was smooth. The location of the hotel is unbeatable and amazing, just a short walk to Grand Hotel Praha. There is a kids' soft play area available.

Sometimes very loud in the corridors. You can hear everything through French doors. The buffet in the restaurant was not filled up one hour before the end of the meal times, the service was partly very inattentive

Thoroughly enjoyed the immaculately clean property. the room was huge with a wonderful view of the valley and beautiful chandeliers. 3. Friendly service from all the staff. 4. All the staff were really good and courteous.

It's isolation, very relaxing

We had a double bed but with two single duvets on it???!! Not very romantic!!! Would have been nice to have one kingsize duvet to go with the bed. That's my only complaint though..

Didn't fix my broken phone, didn't provide room service, poor concierge service, didn't inform me i was due a discount as part of a wedding party

The hotel offers a nice hot and varied breakfast with a cappuccino, sausages, and local cheese. the newly renovated rooms come with big bathrooms, great showers, and stunning views of the valley through large windows. Its location is in a very attractive area, close to common areas, the restaurant, and the bar.

Great building with a successful mixture of old and new, excellent spa area

The check in was slow and unprofessional, one employee simply ran away without warning and after waiting for about 5 minutes a colleague took over without comment

Service personnel seemed to be overstrained, food max. average, cleanliness not so good, for loud and inconsiderate guests the hotel operator unfortunately cannot offer anything
